Dedicated desks
Your own permanent desk with a lockable drawer, 24/7 access and network-wide entry to every location. From $400 to $600 per month plus GST, depending on location.

Lockable, furnished private offices for teams of 1 to 30, available at Botany Junction, Parnell, Ponsonby and Morningside.

Meeting rooms
Book meeting rooms and boardrooms by the hour or day. Members receive monthly meeting-room tokens worth 50% of their membership fee, usable across every location.

The fine print
Memberships and meeting-room bookings run on different terms. Here is what applies to each.
Memberships (desks & offices)
- ✓ Month-to-month, with no long lock-in contract.
- ✓ One month refundable deposit; no other setup fees.
- ✓ One month's written notice to cancel.
- ✓ Prorated pricing for mid-month starts.
- ✓ A make-good fee (minimum $600) applies only if the space is not returned in its original condition.
Meeting room bookings
- ✓ Booked by the hour or day, no membership required.
- ✓ Members book with monthly tokens worth 50% of their membership fee (1 token = $1); tokens reset each month and do not roll over.
- ✓ Extra tokens can be purchased any time.
- ✓ Pay-per-use, so the one month membership notice period does not apply to room bookings.
- ✓ Onehunga's boardroom is charged at the small-room rate ($40/hour).

Can I start mid-month? +
Yes, prorated pricing applies for mid-month starts.
What happens if I damage the space? +
A make-good fee (minimum $600) applies only if the space isn't returned in its original condition.
Do meeting room bookings need a membership or notice? +
No, meeting rooms and boardrooms are pay-per-use, booked by the hour or day, with no membership required.
What's the cancellation policy for a meeting room booking? +
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking, 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before, and no refund within 24 hours of the booking.
