How does the meeting room token system work? +
Dedicated desk and private office members get monthly tokens worth 50% of their membership fee (1 token = $1) to spend on meeting rooms. Tokens reset each month and don't roll over; extra tokens can be purchased any time.
Do I need to be a member to book a meeting room? +
No, meeting rooms and boardrooms can be booked by the hour or day by anyone, member or not.
How much do meeting rooms cost? +
From $40/hour for a small room up to $80/hour for a large boardroom, or book by the day from $280.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking, 50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before, and no refund within 24 hours of the booking.
