How does the meeting room token system work? +
You receive tokens worth 50% of your monthly membership fee. Small meeting rooms cost 40 tokens per hour, small boardrooms 60 tokens per hour and large boardrooms 80 tokens per hour. Tokens can be used across all locations and reset monthly. Additional tokens can be purchased if needed.

Is parking available? +
Free parking is included at Dominion (Mount Eden) and Onehunga, and free street parking is available right outside our Morningside location. Other locations have paid parking options available nearby. Ask about parking when you book your tour.
Can I join mid-month? +
Absolutely! We offer pro-rata rates for mid-month joins, so you only pay for the days you use. Your regular billing cycle will then start from the 1st of the following month.
What is the notice period for cancellation? +
We require just one month's notice to cancel your membership. Simply let us know before the start of your final month, and you're all set. No exit fees or penalties.
What amenities are included? +
All memberships include high-speed internet, kitchen facilities, printing/scanning, mail service, coffee and tea, daily cleaning, and access to member events. Select locations also feature gyms, pools, showers, and private parks.
Can I bring my dog to work? +
Yes! Most of our locations are dog-friendly. Your furry friend is welcome to join you at work, making for a more enjoyable and relaxed work environment.
Are there any setup fees or deposits? +
No hidden fees! We don't charge setup fees or require deposits. Just pay your first month's membership and you're ready to start working.
