  • Access Across Locations: A single membership grants access to all Thinkspace locations via token system for meeting room bookings.
  • Termination Policy: Membership can be terminated with a one-month notice, aligning with the flexible and accommodating nature of the Thinkspace membership model.

Payment Details

  • Membership fees vary by location (e.g., $400 to $600 plus GST per month, depending on the location).
  • Payment is typically required at the start of each month.
  • Pro-rata rates may apply for members joining mid-month.

Parking Options

  • Parking facilities are available at Thinkspace locations.
  • Details about parking availability and any additional costs can be provided upon inquiry.

Meeting Room Booking and Token System

  • Token Allocation: For each member, we allocate tokens equivalent to 50% of the total monthly membership fee for use in booking meeting rooms.
  • Room Availability: Meeting rooms are available at various Thinkspace locations, each designed to accommodate different group sizes and needs.
  • Booking Process: Members can book meeting rooms in advance. Information about the token system and how to book is available upon inquiry.
  • Token Usage: Generally, a small meeting room requires 40 tokens per hour, while larger boardrooms require 60 tokens per hour.

Hot Desking Option

  • Hot desking facilities are available, offering flexible workspace options.
  • Members have access to essential amenities like kitchen facilities, standing desks, and ultra-fast internet.
  • Hot desking spots have limited availability and should be booked in advance.

24/7 Access

  • Members enjoy 24/7 access to Thinkspace locations, providing flexibility for different work schedules.
