We require one month security deposit (same as monthly fee), which will be refunded or used as your final month's payment.

Yes, we offer flexible month-to-month contracts. You can cancel with just one month's notice. While there are no traditional cancellation penalties, a restoration fee (minimum $600) only applies if the space is not returned to its original condition or requires repairs beyond fair wear and tear. If the space is returned clean and undamaged, no restoration fee is charged.

Absolutely! If you join mid-month, we'll calculate a prorated rate so you only pay for the days you actually use. Your regular monthly billing cycle will then begin on the 1st of the following month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct debit, and bank transfers. Monthly memberships are automatically billed on the same date each month for your convenience.

Dedicated desk and private office members get access to all 7 Thinkspace locations across Auckland. Work from any location, and your meeting-room tokens can be used network-wide.

All Thinkspace locations offer 24/7 access for Dedicated Desk and Private Office members. Each member receives a secure access card for round-the-clock entry.

Free parking is included at our Dominion (Mount Eden) and Onehunga locations. Our new Botany location offers dedicated carparking ($20/week). For city locations (Downtown, Parnell, Ponsonby), paid parking is available nearby.

You can bring guests when you have meeting room bookings, or accompany them around the facilities. Guests must remain attended for security reasons.

Parnell and Downtown locations offer full disability access with elevators. Please contact us about accessibility at other locations.

Our innovative token system gives you flexibility without waste. You receive tokens worth 50% of your monthly membership fee. Small meeting rooms cost 40 tokens per hour, while large boardrooms cost 60 tokens per hour. Tokens reset monthly and can be used across all locations. Additional tokens can be purchased if needed.

Memberships include high-speed fibre internet, kitchen facilities with coffee and tea (excluding Onehunga), mail handling, daily cleaning, and member events. Our Downtown location features premium amenities including a gym and swimming pool, while showers are available at most other sites. Onehunga is a charity site with limited facilities.

Private phone booths are available at Parnell and Ponsonby. When meeting rooms are not in use, permanent members can use them for calls. Phone booths don't require booking.

Most offices offer printers and scanners. All members have access, with printing charged per use.

Dedicated Desk members receive a mobile drawer unit for storing personal items and documents. Private Office members have full office security.

Most locations are dog-friendly for dedicated desk members. Pets must be house-trained, vaccinated, and remain with you at all times.

We maintain a professional but relaxed atmosphere. Phone calls should be taken in phone booths or meeting rooms. Collaborative discussions are welcome in common areas, while quiet work is expected in designated focus zones. Music should be enjoyed through headphones.

We host casual lunches and occasional drinks for our member community. These informal gatherings are optional but great for building connections.
