Thinkspace Botany has run private office suites in Botany Junction for years. Phase two takes the same model, a finished space, shared facilities, month-to-month rather than a decade-long lease, and applies it to private practice. Six to seven consulting rooms, each with its own sink, share a treatment room, a staffed reception and waiting area, open-plan administration space, and a large private office for a team of 8.

Specialists, allied health practitioners and private practices who want a consulting room in East Auckland without signing a full commercial lease. That includes practitioners splitting their week across sites, practices opening a second location, and teams of up to 8 who need a private office alongside their consulting rooms.

Tell us how many sessions a week you need when you register your interest. Thinkspace runs month-to-month across the network with no long lock-in, and we are shaping the Botany Medical offer the same way.
