Yes, we offer flexible month-to-month contracts. You can cancel with just one month's notice, and there are no exit fees or cancellation penalties. Simply notify us before the start of your final billing month.

Absolutely! If you join mid-month, we'll calculate a prorated rate so you only pay for the days you actually use. Your regular monthly billing cycle will then begin on the 1st of the following month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct debit, and bank transfers. Monthly memberships are automatically billed on the same date each month for your convenience.

Dedicated Desk members enjoy access to all 5 Auckland locations: Downtown CBD, Parnell, Ponsonby, Mount Eden (Dominion Road), and Onehunga. Day Pass holders can use any single location for their chosen day.

All Thinkspace locations offer 24/7 access for Dedicated Desk and Private Office members. Day Pass users have access during standard business hours (8am-6pm, Monday to Friday). Each member receives a secure access card for round-the-clock entry.

Yes! Free parking is included at our Dominion (Mount Eden) and Onehunga locations. For our city locations (Downtown, Parnell, Ponsonby), paid parking is available nearby. We can provide parking recommendations during your tour.

Day Pass and Dedicated Desk members can bring occasional guests during business hours. Private Office members receive unlimited guest passes. All guests must be accompanied by the member and sign in at reception.

Yes, all Thinkspace locations are wheelchair accessible and comply with New Zealand accessibility standards. We have accessible bathrooms, parking spaces, and entrances at all sites.

Our innovative token system gives you flexibility without waste. You receive tokens worth 50% of your monthly membership fee. Small meeting rooms cost 40 tokens per hour, while large boardrooms cost 60 tokens per hour. Tokens reset monthly and can be used across all locations. Additional tokens can be purchased if needed.

All memberships include high-speed fiber internet, kitchen facilities with coffee and tea, printing and scanning services, mail handling, daily cleaning, and access to member networking events. Select locations also feature gyms, swimming pools, showers, and private park access.

Yes, all locations have private phone booths available for calls and video conferences. These are bookable through our member portal and are included in your membership at no extra cost.

Each location has high-quality color and black & white printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Basic printing is included in your membership (reasonable use policy applies). Large volume printing and binding services are available at cost price.

Yes! Dedicated Desk members receive a lockable mobile pedestal for storing personal items and documents. Private Office members have full office security. Day Pass users can use temporary lockers during their visit.
