Are there any fees associated with booking a meeting room online?
Yes, there are nominal credit card fees applied to online bookings. These fees are standard for online transactions and will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
How do I use my meeting room tokens for booking?
For Thinkspace members, meeting room tokens can be used during the online booking process. Your token balance will be displayed, and you can apply these tokens towards the booking. If you need more information on how to use your tokens, please reach out to our team for assistance.
Can I book a meeting room for after-hours?
Yes, after-hours bookings are available, but they involve special arrangements, including having staff on-site for the safety of our guests and the security of member properties.
